The strength and durability of Urethane will out-last and out-perform standard rubber products in every application. This setup ends the trouble of a sloppy shifter coupling. Utilizing Urethane bushing pads instead of rubber and a heavy gauge steel cage w/heavy duty bolt, the "slop" and vague feeling disappear. Sold as a complete set.
